On Saturday, October 11, 2025, Project E Beauty - The Glow Projects joined forces with Flow & Friends, a vibrant community championing mindful connection, to host Flow & Glow at the serene One-ThirtyOne in Hong Kong’s Tseung Tau Village. This immersive wellness morning, part of The Glow Projects series, invited guests to pause, move, and glow against the tranquil backdrop of Hong Kong’s waterfront.

Flow & Glow was a celebration of holistic self-care, blending mindful movement, restorative healing, and innovative skincare to nurture body, mind, and soul.

The day kicked off with a dynamic Core Power Yoga session led by the inspiring Kathy Ng. Her expertly guided flow energized participants, fostering strength and inner calm through intentional movement. This was followed by a soothing sound healing and meditation experience, where gentle vibrations washed away tension, guiding guests into a state of deep relaxation.

At the heart of the event was Project E Beauty’s signature skincare ritual, featuring the LumaLux Face LED Mask. The glow of red-light therapy mask enhanced the atmosphere, leaving attendees with radiant skin and a renewed sense of vitality.
